  3. 2 table spoon ghee
  4. 1 table spoon channa dal & urad dhuli dal
  5. 1 tea spoon jeera, 2 piece clove
  6. Salt
  7. 1/2 tea spoon pepper powder garam masala & chilli powder
  8. Curry leaf 8 to 10, sabut red chilli 3 piece
  9. 1/2 lemon juice, 1 table spoon grated beetroot
  10. 2 table spoon Carrot & capsicum fine chopped

Instructions to make to make Curd Rice

  1. Wash & soaked rice for 1 hour. Boil it add salt & water till well cooked. Keep it aside for cool.
  2. Now add curd in rice & mix it. For tarka add ghee in a pan, roast dal on mid flame.now add one by one all dry ingredients.
  3. This tarka transfer on curd rice bowl. At last add lemon juice. Garnish it with grated beetroot.
  4. Yummy,tasty & healthy meal is ready. No need any curry, chutney or pickle with it.
