  8. Finally add the sugar and half of the fried Cashewnuts and Raisins to the rice(which would me mushy). Stir it gently.
  9. Cover it and keep it on low flame for another 2-3 minutes
  10. Switch off the gas and serve the steaming and fragrant pulau garnished with the remaining Cashewnuts and Raisins.
