  21. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  22. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  23. 1 teaspoon coriander -cumin powder
  24. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  25. 2 teaspoons sugar

  27. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

  1. Clean cauliflower and remove stalks keeping the head intact. Pat it to dry.

  6. Now take the onion tomato mixture into a mixer jar and blend it into a smooth paste. Take this sauce out in a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves. Keep it aside or in the refrigerator until use.
  7. Whole roasted tandoori cauliflower can be served with prepared sauce or cucumber raita as a side dish or starter. It can be even added to the prepared gravy and served with roti, naan, paratha or rice. Roasted cauliflower can be even chopped into pieces and added to the wraps along with other vegetables.
