- 1/4 cup Imlii paste
- Half cup Boiled potatoes
Instructions to make to make Chana chaat or chickpeas
- For boiling take a bowl add 1.5 cup chickpeas washed it
Filled 2 cups of water - Add 1 tsp baking soda in it
- Left over night boiled on the next morning
- After boiling take it out
- Now First take a pan add half cup water add 2 tbsp besan in it mix well till thick
- Add food color mix well till thick
- Add red chilli powder crushed chilli powder salt roasted cumin seeds powder coriander powder mix well
- Add imli paste in it mix well
- Add boiled chickpeas in it. Mix well till thick
- Add onion chopped tomato chopped green chilli chopped in it mix well
- Now pour all in to serving dish
- Add yogurt n boiled potatoes in it mix well
- Add crispy paprii in it mix well.
- Add green coriander for garnishing
