  11. 1/4 kg Chicken breast cubes
  12. 2 tbsp chicken tandoori masala
  13. 4 tbsp yogurt
  14. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  16. 2 tbsp oil
  17. 1/2 tsp salt
  18. Extra Topping :-
  19. 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  20. 1/2 cup Capsicum squared
  21. 1/2 cup onions squared
  22. 1/4 cup tomatoes de-seeded and squared
  23. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions to make to make Pizza

  1. Knead a soft dough by mixing together all the dough ingredients. Gradually add lukewarm water while kneading.
  2. Once the soft kneaded dough is ready, transfer it in an oil greased bowl and let it rest there for 2 hours while covered. Preferably put in a dark place.
  3. Prepare chicken topping. Marinate the chicken with tandoori masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice for 20 minutes.
  4. Drizzle 2 tbsp oil in a pan add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is tender.
  5. Now transfer the dough out of the bowl on to your kitchen counter and roll it in a shape of a round circle according to the size of your baking pan.
  6. First put pizza sauce over the dough, then chicken tandoori chunks, capsicum, onion, tomatoes and cheese.
  7. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until done.
  8. Dish out your pizza and serve hot ❤
