Take out the paste in a bowl.add salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste and mix it well.heat the steamer.pour two glass of water in it.grease the plate.add banking soda in a dhokla better and mix it well.pour in a plate, sprinkle some red chilli powder and Steam for 12-15 mnt.
  3. Our leave dhokla is ready.cut in a prices.pour some peanut oil. garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.
  4. Serve with green chutney and tomato sauce or spicy garlic red chilli chutney.
